DUE TO NEW CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY GUIDELINES AROUND COVID-19, ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED OR USED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
If you want to return an items, simply send us an email at email@example.com and include the following info:
- Your order number
- Item you want to return
- Reason for your return
- Any helpful pictures or video
Once we receive your email, our friendly customer service staff will begin processing your return. Once your return is processed & approved, you will receive a Fit AF store credit to use at our store.
Fit AF only issues refunds as store credits that can be used towards any purchase in our store.
Returns must be filed within thirty (30) days from the Order Date.
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. We include sizing charts with every product to help you easily choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order.
Please place your order carefully. You must contact customer service within four (4) hours of placing your order should you wish to cancel. Our amazing customer service staff will try to intercept the order before it is shipped out.
We use the standard shipping method of 3-5 business days. Shipping charges will be included in your final total, unless it was waived due to any promotion. Shipping fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits, if you are eligible to receive such credits.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
